The Safety fan system for slabs is a compliment to our edge protection system and is used to catch falling material and objects (not people) that may constitute a risk for injuries to people and damage to objects. This system can be installed without any need of cranes and designed to be installed on floor structures, with the possibility of directly integrating SafetyRespect’s edge protection system.

In building constructions with wooden beams and columns the edge protection can be mounted with various systems and solutions, for example with Flex facade brackets. The facade bracket is directly mounted on a wooden beam with the required wood screws. When a roof protection is required, a Hall system can be installed in the wood structure. The attachment is then done by using rods.

When steel beams are used in the building construction a Welding socket with integrated post lock should be designed as an attachment of edge protection. In these cases the Welding socket is welded according to the instructions when producing the steel beams. When the beam has been lifted in place Post 1,3 m and Barrier 2,6 are mounted. The attachment of the edge protection will become both safer and faster with a pre-fabricated attachment such as this one.

On roof base and cover with double seam the Standing seam bracket can be used as attachment for the temporary edge protection. The bracket can be adjusted to four positions for roof inclinations from 5 to 40 degrees. The Standing seam bracket is installed so that the seam lock gets a grip under the seam. The sheets must be of good quality and be well fastened against the roof construction. On roof bases the Standing seam bracket is installed above the roof frame with wood screws.

At the eaves, Flex eave bracket can be installed as an attachment for temporary edge protection. This solution enables a free working space and the distance between the facade and edge protection can be adjusted during ongoing work. The bracket is installed with a through bolt in the roof frame and supports even against the facade or the roof frame.

To create safe access routes and temporary blocking is an important work environment task.
